26 and SINGLE!!!!! o_O

Your parents’ 30th wedding anniversary. Shouldn’t that be a wonderful occasion to get together and have a wonderful time? Family, friends, celebrations and so on. Unfortunately, when you’re the 26-year-old single daughter who has moved to the city to have one of those fancy careers (being at the beck and call of the associates of a law firm, not so fancy, really, but it’ll be worth it in five years), going home for a family gathering gives you nightmares.

The nightmares, quite literally, start about a week before your flight is scheduled. Till then, there’s the uneasy feeling as you duck your aunts’ calls and make excuses that range from the plausible to the outrageous when your mum calls and asks why you’ve been ducking the calls. As the day of doom approaches, though, you start waking up in cold sweat having dreamt of a gaggle of aunts closing in on you intoning ‘You must get married, you must have babies, marry, marry, BABIES!’ by which time you mercifully open your eyes. You start hoping for airline strikes. You start hoping that your leave will get cancelled – what a difference from the last trip with friends to Goa, when you had fingers crossed that nothing would go wrong!

Unfortunately, there is no escape from your fate, and there’s no escape from family gatherings unless you want to deeply hurt your parents. It’s not their fault that their sisters, sisters-in-law and cousins have babies – not their own, but your hypothetical babies – on their brains, is it? So the day of the flight home dawns, and you wish you could gird your loins much as gladiators did by the time you land.

The first few minutes are wonderful. Your parents have nagged your brother-in-law into picking you up. Once you get home, you’ve got your adorable two-year-old niece all over you, and you get to be the best aunt of the year by giving her a few choice gifts, a couple not to be shown to her parents until she was done with them – sugar high, yes! As you hug her, you vow to yourself that you will be a better, less scary aunt to her than any of… Oh dear. There comes the gaggle. Loin-girding time.

“Beta, you’re home! How long it has been!”

“How is your job going? That’s a nice dress you’re wearing, but it’s a bit short, did you run out of material?” Strike one.

“I guess you’re going to be all high-power lawyer and everything, eh? God help your husband if you argue like that at home as well!” Strike two.

“You look so thin, you know, you should put on some weight, you will look nicer in that saree once you do. Then we’ll find a nice boy for you.” Strike three and you clench your fist… Aunt number three will never know how lucky she is that your sister came and pulled you into a hug before your fist made resounding contact with her face.

So now to give your sister her belated birthday gift – a bottle of her favourite vodka, snagged from duty free the last time a friend went abroad. Still annoyed, you don’t think of sneaking off into your room before you give it to her. In a gesture of rather pointless defiance that will inevitably give them enough to gossip about for a week, you pull it out from your bag right in front of them. Cue collective gasp.

“I found a really nice duty-free store where I picked up this, a couple of bottles of nice wine and a really nice Jack Daniels for myself, you know I love a good whiskey,” you lie shamelessly. Cue second gasp, this one actually loud enough to bring your mum from the kitchen. She shakes her head sternly, as she always does when she knows you’re about to blow your top and let it rip at one of your aunts, but she welcomes you home with a hearty hug and sends you off to the living room where all the men are enjoying their pre-dinner Cognac.

It was only three in the afternoon, so perhaps it should be called pre-pre-dinner Cognac. Being the youngest girl in the family has its good points – everybody over 35 might be on your case to start acting like a ‘proper woman’, but you’ll always be daddy’s little girl. You’re always assured a wonderful welcome from him, so you go and grab him in a giant bear hug before he can even get up. The affection is returned with great enthusiasm. You give him your gift, too – brandy glasses and a set of whiskey stones. Of course you have to open it then and there, and then of course you have to inaugurate them. Oh boy – uncomfortable looks from all the uncles. But thankfully, your dad is fairly oblivious to them as you pour yourself one and make yourself comfortable beside your dad, all ready to join in the conversation about international politics. The uncles are beginning to shift in their seats resignedly.

Half an hour later, your mum comes into the living room as you’re holding forth about your particularly strong opinions about imperialism, capitalism and the US being the real terrorists of the world, what with invading countries for their resources and attacking people with drones. Your mum listens, then sits by your side and squeezes your hand. You look up to see that it’s not the ‘don’t argue’ look. It’s the ‘proud of you, baby’ look. Later, after dinner, as you help your mum wash up, she tells you that she’s proud of you for confounding expectations. You smile – the aunts and uncles and the rest of the world would just have to deal with your choices. They didn’t have a choice about that.

The wedding day

Today was the wedding day of Sara's sister. It was my first South Indian wedding that I attended. Everyone around me looked draped in silk and dripped in Gold! I was mesmerized by the gold everyone wore. Though in my traditions too gold get preference but not this much. I've heard about it in past but experienced today. Had attended wedding from start and saw all the rituals. It was bit common but few things were new. It was shorter with regards to ceremony of wedding, ours last for 2-3hrs at least. I loved the look of the bride. It was awesome. But brides sister was too well dressed. Finally she agreed to wear the jewellery I suggested. Sara, you really looked Cinderella! ;-)
While everyone, all friends of our group, came straightening their hairs while are bit curly, Sara took efforts to curl her straight hairs and I didn't do anything and got Sara's company for my curly ones. But next time I wanna experiment with straight ones, everyone looked awesome! All my sweet babes, you all looked gorgeous! :-)

I left before the bidai, it wasn't planned so but happened like that and I think if not always but sometimes what happens happens for good for I would surely not have controlled my emotions looking everyone get emotional at that moment.
I just hate this one fact the most. Why should girls leave everyone and everything and go forever for someone? Everyone looks so happy every since the wedding gets fixed till it is done but at the end remains the emptiness everywhere... :-(
There is no solution to this cliché!

No time

It's been an era it feels that I last logged in to Facebook! No, didn't even today when I'm talking about it! Don't have time actually. Busy meeting with friends in person, hanging out with them, talking to them, dancing with them, helping them and so many things. But I know there are friends with whom I am not in touch with personally and Facebook is the place where I can know about them. I get to listen from others about what they see about mutual friends and I wonder at least once in week or month I should log in! Truth is I don't even remember about it ever and that was the time when I had created my account, I would be online most of the time and today is the day I don't log in even once in month. Many who expect me to be there do complain and I feel sad for their expectation. This is the reason I've not even thought about making account on twitter. I may sometime in future but I'm not interested now in it!

In fact I don't have time to even watch movies and read books! Could you imagine it? No na... Even I can't contend this thought. Books, my lovely books I'll soon take out time for you if not for any thing else then!

I need to plan my day now to do things that I wish to along with things that I need to.

Dual identity

Being Mumbaikar you are not necessarily a Maharashtrian in fact mostly you're either born in other state but you belong to Mumbai coz your parents are settled here or you are born here but your parents who belong to different state are settled here in Mumbai hence you are other state person!
But even though you are born or born and brought up in Mumbai still your origin does stay with you. The mother tongh that you speak and the state to which your parents or grandparents belong do have importance for you. You stay connected to both places, one as your birth place or origin and another as your current place of dwelling. Being Indian regionalism of course doesn't affect us much, except few people bringing cheap politics into it otherwise we always feel proud to be as who we are born and also of place we are brought up. Similar is case when we have IPL or elections or any other occasion we do show special interest in it even if elections are not held in Maharashtra but at state where you are born, where your relatives stay you do belong to it and of course where you stay everything happening here will matter. Unity in diversity in India, I had studied in schools but it's importance and meaning is felt once you experience it.
I'm proud to be an Indian, a Mumbaikar and Rajasthani! :-)

This question is really irritating me real time!
I don't know what to say coz I really don't know what is up with me these days. I'm at home post exams I don't have studies and due to unemployment I don't have any work too. I just do some time pass on computer and sleep and watch TV and sleep and read books and sleep and eat something and sleep that's it! :-P
What's there to tell about it!?
I'm at COMPLETE AARAM (Coz I'm doing CA!)
Phew! Hope now you got it wassup with me! :-\

Parents are the God we can see

I mostly obey my parents opinions. I most of the times tell them truth. They support me maximum times possible. They understand me for I've grown up in front of them. I too understand them for they have taught me almost everything that I've learned today.
I always ask permission for anything I have to do. I always ask for their opinions for any decision I've to take.

But...
Still there come times when we don't agree on few matters. We have complaints from each other. Indeed we love each other but difference of opinion can always take place between two person.
As they say, where there is love there is fights too! :-P
We love, we fight, we argue, we enjoy, we smile, we cry but at the end of the day we are family and we remain as loved ones forever together.

Always respect your parents forever until your last breath.
Not necessary that they'll always be right but make yourself understandable to them and try an understand them. Talk to them.
Love them forever for they have always loved you and will always do as well! :-*

Follow your heart...

I quite often end up being into an argument. I many times hold different, ok according to them very different opinion about many things and I never hesitate into putting forth my point of views with my valid explanations as well. But sometimes it's not possible to have a right or wrong answer, it's matter of perception. What you perceive as right might be wrong in my eyes and what you perceive as wrong might be right in my views. Being young many times you don't find proper opportunities to put forth your views but I feel that's unfair. Everyone should have equal right to speak! :-\
But I tend to stop myself as soon as I realise that it's not needed. I don't believe into wasting my time behind deaf ears. You should know worth of your words and should speak only for those who know it's worth and only when it's worthy!

But where you are involved into it and you get trapped I hate this situation. I prefer being silent. This silence remains for as long as one could expect it from me. My past experience has taught me never use harsh words in your defence coz later on even if you win you'll end up being in regrets for what you said! :-|
So I remain silent...
Things take time to get back to normal but they indeed get back to normal. But does this normalcy means that things are really fine?! Not always. It's not possible that you've started interacting normally with everyone means things are normal now. You do hold grudge in your heart for you are being misunderstood or not allowed to explain yourself.
Sometimes you may fill the cracks from above and it may also show you that it has been fixed but you never know that this might sometimes cause you more harm for you'll not be able to know when it get deepen but you think it's cured and may not be prepared for the deeper cracks that get developed.

It's true, either you can remain happy or you can make others happy. Very rarely can anyone make others happy and be happy himself/herself and vice versa.
Moreover you can hardly ever make others happy forever and no matter what you do for them it'll still be considered less. Your sacrifices might be nothing for them. Your hard work and sacrifice might get unrecognized and then situation will be neither you were happy but nor others are for whatever you did. I think it's better to live your life for your happiness. You can never make others happy some or other person will definitely one day point their finger on you and then all your sacrifices as on that day would be waste. Instead at least you'll be happy if you would follow your heart! :-|

Friend request session

Like you and I know that on radio people call and ask RJ for their favourite song to be played similarly now a days my friends have started a completely unique set of requests and that is my profile pic selection.
I get messages of their wishes as to which profile picture I should put today on my Watsapp. I of course grant their wishes as they are mere related to pic! But due to which I have others eyes widening on me as to I'm quite frequently changing pictures, what's the matter?
I never knew before if changing pictures was a crime! But to their assurance I have to accept their request and put up their favourite pic of mine and the loop forms...

I need to click more pictures now to change them quite often! ;-)

Restless peace

Restless mind when muses you can't live in peace until you find answers to the questions your mind, body and soul asks!
What are the virtues of a human life?
Truth, loyalty, integrity, independence, happiness, peace etc etc...
And the difference is that everyone have their own definition to define their truth, their loyalty, their integrity, their happiness and their peace of mind...
It's not easy to live this life...
There is no perfect protocol to live it.
And it's more difficult when you try seeking meanings of your own life, when you start thinking what's important to you, when you start realising that what you're seeking now will not hold good and will not give you peace while you'll be on your death bed, which one day everyone will have to, so it's better to decide what you really want from this life of yours.
What you want?
fame/ money/ luxury/ family/ position/ power/ social life/ people/ or what?

Does your fate lead you or you lead it?
What you become, irrespective of it being good or bad, is it already written or you hold the pen of your life?
Sometimes you feel you are the leader of your life but sometimes it seems, no, somebody more powerful is driving you and your life without your will and wishes. But is it fair?
Coz you are held responsible for your actions.

Could we possibly challenge our fate and become something that we want to?
Can we seek peace for ourselves and be happy for what we do not because we thought it to be right but they being right into itself by not harming anyone?

Until you think about yourself, your life and your goals before going to sleep you can never expect your life to be meaningful throughout.
You'll end up following the heard and one day you'll be just one amongst those thousand sheep. But if you know the virtue of your dreams, your belonging to this human life you'll be not a mere dead person on your death bed but a happy person seeking another body for your soul to bring in more peace to yourself and not fall into any body with regrets of past life and being restless again in the new body...

Mahabharat!

I follow this show on Star Plus without fail, Mon-Fri 8.30pm.
I always wanted to know about the great battle. Why it had happened? How it happened? Everything happens for some purpose and I wanted to know that purpose behind it. Also about the great Geeta gyan that lord Krishna gives to Arjun.
It's been amazingly featured. I am loving it!
May it be exams but I'm taking out half an hour for this show out of my schedule or I see repeat telecast if I happen to miss it due to unenforceable circumstances! :-)
I have learned many things till now and hoping to seek few more answers about life, my life through preaching of Krishna. They've shown Krishna as a narrator and in between scenes he emerges and make us think about few things. I'm awed by this show! :-) Thankfully my family had agreed to watch it by sacrificing their very old and famous show, favourite too, not mine but theirs. Now they're thankful to me that I made them watch it! Dekha... :-)

Last time when the old version came I was too young as well as we started watching it when the battle had begun and I had so many questions in my mind about it. Never found time or gave efforts, to be true, to know the answers to those questions and now as soon as I heard that the new show is coming up I decided to watch it from the very first episode.
On weekends I guess they show whole weeks episodes, for those who can't follow on weekdays but they have many repeat telecasts during weekdays too!

Hoping to follow it till the end of it and seek enlightenment about life! :-)

In yesterday's episode Guru Dronacharya asked right hand thumb from Eklavya as gurudakshina! The boy gave it without an iota of doubt and yet there was smile and same respect for his guru in his heart. I've heard this story about Eklavya but I always had doubts about why did Dronacharya asked such a thing. There had been different interpretations about the same. In Todays episode they'll show why he did so?! Perception is what is key to any learning. How we perceive a particular incident give us reason to perceive it as a good or a bad happening. Knowing about something in it's originality changes our wrong perceptions and that difference in perceptions is what is amazing thing about learning! New and right perceptions develop new ways of thinking and looking at things differently. :-)

Do watch it if you can!
My request... It's important to know about our history too and especially about our very ancient periods. I'm eager to know more and more about it! For it being true story it attracts me more!

Marriage with Lord

An incident felt like sharing...

One of long distant relative of mine, a woman in her 30s yesterday got married but very specially!
Living in a village her parents couldn't provide her with the basic health facilities required by every child when she is born and very sadly she suffered from polio! Her body never grew beyond a child's body of around 4-5 year old. She grew up normally with her age, her mind grew, her understanding is normal like us but she failed to grow up physically. Unable to walk on her feets she can manage to perform all her tasks on own somehow. Unwillingly though but she is dependent on her family if not for her general works but for her living and other supports! Really, it's a difficult thing!
She couldn't get education too coz of her Polio.
In Hindus, marriage is considered as a must ritual, (here I will not like to give any of my personal opinion about "the marriage" thing but we all know that somewhere it's considered important for everyone in their lives. There are hardly people who live life without marrying ever. Few even get remarried in their 60s if their spouse die then marrying once is considered a must! That's the way it is!) and she being handicapped it's not possible to find a perfect match for her who can marry her as well as keep her at par to the relation of a wife. Like a normal girl she too had dreams of marriage. In front of her eyes, small cousin sisters got married. Her family and she both felt bad for her broken heart. She too wanted to marry. She too wanted to be a bride. She too wanted a spouse, a life partner. She too wanted to be centre of attraction of everyone, for a day though. She too wanted to be a wife of someone. She too wanted to do makeup of a married woman, the sindoor, mangalsutra, payal, chudi, bichudi, etc.
But how? What could be done for her? Everyone wanted to see her happy coz she was a charming and strong woman but her disheartened emotions were not hidden from anyone too.

Then someone though of an idea which would give her everything that she wanted, happiness and a status of a married woman too!

Yesterday she got married, on the day of Tulsi Vivah  to lord Vishnu's avatar Shalagram! All the rituals of real marriage were performed and everything was same like a normal wedding, relatives were called, Pandit, Agni, Havan, Phere, Shadi with lord Krishna's idol!

I was amazed with this thought and the ceremony!

Though due to exams I couldn't attend the wedding but somewhere this incident touched me. I'm happy for her and I hope she remain happy forever now.
In India we always say Pati-Parmeshwar and she really got married to God.
Somewhere I feel it's feelings that are important and not what the reality says. Marriage is a ritual that has to be connected with our heart, if our heart accepts someone to be ours, his/her existence physically doesn't matter (again excluding general expectations of a normal life!) but it's all upon us. If we can accept it nothing is strange and unbelievable and if we can't then real marriages too broke!

I told her that she is lucky, her husband will always listen to her and everything that she wants to say! After all we pray to god for everything we desire and being her husband now it's Gods responsibility to fulfil her desires! :-D

Also, we've heard in stories that lord Krishna married women who needed his support that is why he have 108 or so wives.

I'm amazed and surprised with my own reaction to this incident!   :O
:-D

One day demand!

I was studying  and suddenly there was knock on the main door, everyone was busy doing something so I opened it. There was one girl of around 16-17yr old, an unknown, standing in front of me. I gave her full I-don't-know-you expressions and also what-do-you-want? one too!
She very lamely asked, "is there any small girl at your house?"
I understood the purpose and humbly said, "NO" until she could prefer me there was no girl at our house! ;-) :-P
She asked if I know any and I told her about few at my complex.

Shutting the door back, I wondered...

At least on one day in India there is demand for girls...

On Ramnavmi mostly people invite little girls for lunch or dinner. They're being considered as avatar of goddess Durga.

How funny. Are girls avatar of Goddess Durga only one day?

Aae Halllooo...

As the garba music touched my ear drums, they brought back memories of childhood...

I would play garba like mad from start of night till the last person on the floor I would be there with them shaking my legs with the rhythm and in correct tune with everyone else considered elder to me then. Started playing at a very young age of 5 yrs around. Mom would dress me up on different themes and I would go to do garba in the society where I lived as a child.
People would get busy watching KBC and that would annoy me coz we would start of late and then end at the same time coz everyone had office or some other commitments to be done next day for which they need proper sleep and also to some they had get up early!
Today remembering those days it seemed like so many things have changed yet few remaining same. I'm now not a toddler but an adult with my own commitments and busy schedules, my place of dwelling has changed and currently they don't celebrate it, for whatever reason it may be, not a matter of discussion for now. Last I played garba was approx 13 yrs back! Yeah...
Long long back...
But then everyone considered me a child and would not let me play in main stream but a small group would be formed inside the circle formed by elders where small children would be asked to play. I would hate it so much then that the feeling of sadness still can be felt deep inside somewhere! I would wish to grow up and then dance with them, the elders and then no one will stop me from dancing with them I would wonder.
But didn't knew that after I grow up I would not even get a chance to have a glimpse of seeing others play garba, forget about myself playing it! Whole lot of years flew away listening same songs from my window and remembering the childhood while having books in front of me. Maximum, I would dance on my own on those songs when the lost child inside me would return back.

This year that sound too vanished as a new concrete stood in between that complex and mine. So it was blank, dumb and silent... And me and my books were left at peace yet empty...

Today was change from it... KBC was still on air, as I said, few things that didn't change was this, Mr. Bachchan's presence in our lives, may he long live with all his wisdom and talent, I wanted to change something today. I asked my family if anyone interested in coming to watch the garba program that is being very nicely and in great way organised at a distance 10 mins walkable from my home, being near I was still far from it since past 13yrs...
Enough of sacrifices I've made for my academics and yet it had not assured me any secured out put, this regret of losing on to something that cannot be brought back for something that too didn't yield anything is very itchy! I wanted to get over it. I've seen people, enjoying everything and yet today they're all established professionals too. It's all about knowing your priorities definitely but also about doing things with focus and in right way whenever you do it. Book in front of me but me dreaming about something that I can't do is all waste of sacrifices and yet no results of it situation...
Hence I decided that this time I'm gonna have fun as well as studies both...
I went with family to see garba. There was such a huge crowd. People in thousands were present. Many shaking their legs few looking them shake their legs! I wanted to shake mine too but was not sure if my legs would play the same rhythm as I could as a child? We returned back home. I played a song on my cell and started playing garba trying that rhythm that I saw today after years...
For my surprise I could dance with same rhythm... And I continued to enjoy myself and my night...
As the garba music touched my ear drums, they brought back memories of childhood...

PS: This life of ours is too short to live heavy hearted, with regrets, rather we must live to learn what we want exactly and in what our happiness lies? We can always manage time except we decide to do so!
Today found child-me in lost grown-up-ME... :-)

Nothing is better than something fake

NO relationship is better than BAD relationship!

Happy being single...

Dandiya-Raas = Raas-leela

Listening to radio came across a show. The RJ was saying something that shocked me somehow! "Dear friends today we're going to show you real picture of few people and what they do during Dandiya nights. We are today associated with one of the detective along with whom we're going to go on an investigation. First lets have talk with the detective."
The detective,"During Navratri our business is at boom always! Ha ha ha... ...today I've a case in hand where the husband is otta town for some official work but he is doubtful about his wife and want me to follow her and investigate into what she do, where she goes, whom she meets, etc, etc..."
RJ,"Friends today we're going to accompany Mr. Detective on his mission to give you true picture of everything live! Are you ready to face reality?! Ha ha ha... C'mon lets go..."
They followed the car in which the lady whom the husband suspects is driving. She first goes to parlor, get ready... They investigate but there were only females in the parlor. No suspect till now. Later she returns home... They investigate but there was no one else then the wife herself... She gets ready and move otta house... In the car she's alone... They followed her... She enters a parking lot near the Dandiya show. They wait for her to come... waits... waits more... Finally decide to head themselves into the parking... There was someone in the car this time... They knock on the glass... A male voice turns up asking, who the hell it is????!!!!

It's a true story!
In fact last year too I heard in news about Dandiya was, the correspondent was asking a doctor about her experience and her answer was, the cases of abortions during Navratri are more than 70% than during the year we would notice!

I was shocked then... I was shocked today... But I'm sure I'll be not shocked in future... Because I now know the reality...

I've many times posted about mens' misbehavior but this one coming up coz I'm not biased to any sex being a woman but to know the true picture of everyone around. I never assumed nor believed any one race to be bad and another innocent...
They all are same...
If not all men are devil then not all women are devi too!

Harsh reality...

BIG B's Blogging passion!

In todays KBC episode when Sumit Awasthy asked Big B, Amitabh Bachchan that why don't you retire and still be so busy writing, tweeting, etc when you only eat mere dal-roti?

Answer was,
(As much I can recollect)

It's been 1999 days since I've been writing and there had been not a single day when I would have not written anything on my blog ( http://srbachchan.tumblr.com) and it's something that I started few years back and I wanted to continue this process forever and hence it's a habit now to write and also tweet coz due to that I can interact with my fans and without which I can't sleep!
Everyone has to work for his livelihood hence I too work. Without any work a human being will do what! Only get sick. So it's better to work till you're alive.

It was so inspiring as a writer to know the passion of another writer, blogger!

There had been days when I could also not write but this has given me an inspiration to follow my passion beyond other hurdles that comes in our life which might stop us from doing what we like but if we're determined enough and have strong will to do something then ways would definitely be created!

Lost humanity

Switch on any news channel at anytime of any day there is one news fixed, pick up any newspaper daily on front page one headline is fixed- RAPE!

What kind of a place I'm living in I wonder? Is this the kind of life I'm looking for being a woman? This life where I don't know where I'll be teased, accused, molested, sexually harassed, rapped, by any person, no now a days it's group of persons, life where I'm not safe anywhere, nowhere! At office there are men, at streets there are men, in train, bus, auto rickshaw, at shops, bridges, lanes, on internet and at home too there are men and there are these devils too amongst them.
Is this the life that I'm looking for that at the end of the day before sleeping I have a sigh of relief that I'm safe and alive today but I don't know what my tomorrow will be?!
Being parent how can a mother even think of protecting their little angels from the devils present at every walk of life?
If not before but now definitely being a girl is a curse because we've such devils on this earth all around. But I guess I would still prefer being a girl than being a devil!
I don't know if our law can protect a woman or not but I guess we should definitely take incharge of our safety in our hands. We need strong self defence training to strengthen ourselves and show who is strong!
If there exists caring Goddess Parvati who is sweet and nurturing then one should not forget that when the devils try to do their evil acts the same Goddess knows how to become Durga and save her right and self respect!

And for devils, if not anyone can punish you on this earth but I still hope God does exist to give you result of your deeds!

Kar ke Dekho, "Accha Lagta Hai!" :)

Today, there was a Blood Donation camp in my city, I donated for the first time, indeed felt great. :)
Last time failed in doing so as I didn't had time and was so upset but this time I did it without giving any thought, for I wanted to do it and last time because of office I didn't had time was my reason.
This time I did it! :)
Yippie...!!!! :D
Feeling great, people there were asking me if I'm donating for the first time, and gave me all sort of guidance though due to winter season I'm feeling a bit pain of the needle but I guess the help that somebody will get of it will be much much more than this minute pain.
I got certificate as well...
Was thinking of posting it but it has my name carved on it ;)
So dropped the idea... :P
I'm Happy! :)
Please donate blood!
Karke dekho, achha lagta hai, Sachi... :D

New Years 10th day I'm feeling something has changed and made me happy... Hope it continues...
